Key Responsibilities

  • Assess both company-wide and individual store performance through regular evaluations, department metrics, and direct engagement with team members.
  • Address any challenges swiftly to maintain the goal of increasing profitable sales.
  • Suggest operational improvements based on insights from store conditions, competitive landscape, and missed opportunities for sales growth.
  • Foster the professional development of key associates to create a capable team for future advancements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train team members; manage labor scheduling in accordance with company guidelines; resolve employee issues and concerns.
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security within the department; verify that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Engage in training and professional development initiatives as recommended by the company to prepare for potential department management roles.
