What We Provide

We are in search of a qualified and experienced Labourer to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient handling and maneuvering of materials utilizing various equipment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401K company matching.
- Operate skid steer and forklift machinery to transport and process scrap metal materials within the shredder department.
- Sort and segregate different types of metals using suitable attachments on the skid steer.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and processing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks for equipment and facility upkeep during downtime.
- Demonstrated experience as a Forklift Operator in a heavy industrial environment is advantageous.
- Prior general labor experience is required.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
- Able to work in a noisy and dusty, heavy industrial environment.
