Position Overview: We are actively seeking a Senior Superintendent with substantial experience in vertical commercial construction to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle while overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
  2. Direct all site construction activities and supervise field personnel to ensure project completion within the designated timeline and budget.
  3. Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, including those performed by subcontractors.
  4. Maintain the construction schedule and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  5. Ensure all project documentation is thorough and identify potential liabilities and risks.
  6. Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  7. Ensure compliance with approved contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review progress and address any concerns.
  9. Utilize project management software, such as Procore, to monitor project progress and manage resources effectively.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of success in the commercial construction field, particularly in vertical construction. Required qualifications include:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent in commercial construction.
  2. Extensive experience in high-rise and vertical commercial construction.
  3. Proficiency in construction management software, especially Procore.
  4. Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  7. Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and safety regulations.
