Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of up to 40 production operators and technicians to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Production Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solar modules.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop production personnel on manufacturing processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to solar module manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 4+ years of operational leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing a team while working in time-sensitive and high-paced environments to meet a common end state.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand technical schematics is a plus.
