Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all plant equipment and facilities to achieve customer satisfaction in support of the manufacturing of Kibbles 'n Bits.
  • Review work orders to ensure materials are available and develop manpower and scheduling estimates.
  • Initiate work orders when work cannot be performed immediately.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspection functions and take the initiative to ensure these programs are modified and updated as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly work area to ensure employee and food safety.
Requirements
  • Possess a high school diploma or a GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude combined with good diagnostic skills.
  • A proven track record of consistent performance delivering safety and quality.
  • Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions.
  • Ability to comply with a strict attendance policy.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to communicate with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
