Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers at the cashier station with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Calculate customer bills accurately.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Issue change and receipts to customers promptly.
  • Facilitate refunds or credit adjustments for returned items as directed.
  • Perform daily cash drawer reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to stay informed about new products, services, and pricing changes.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding services rendered or products purchased, or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and refer unresolved issues to management as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, with a friendly and upbeat personality.
