Medication Specialist Opportunity at Walmart

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team at Walmart as a Staff Pharmacist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care, promote a culture of safety and accuracy, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with patients, advocating for their needs and preferences

• Empower patients with clinical knowledge, working to the top of your license and adapting to diverse patient backgrounds

• Create moments of care by connecting patients with resources and technology, ensuring accurate processing of prescriptions and administration of immunizations

• Analyze and improve patient safety and risk reduction processes, promoting reporting and transparency of errors

• Implement compliance initiatives, monitor execution, and utilize auditing processes to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trusting relationships across functional and organizational boundaries

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment, leveraging resources and technology to succeed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas of improvement and implement intervention steps
