- Service Delivery: Perform septic pumping, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, adhering to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Training and Development: Assist in training and developing junior technicians to ensure a high level of service quality and consistency.
- Qualifications: Valid CDL-B (or A) driver's license with Tanker Endorsement, Pumper card, and a clean MVR record.
- Experience: Sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
