Job Summary

New Era Plumbing is seeking a skilled Septic Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for pumping, repairing, and servicing non-hazardous liquid waste tanks, including septic systems, grease traps, and related operations for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive pump trucks to complete orders
  • Use mini excavators to access and service tanks
  • Educate customers on septic systems and provide recommendations for maintenance and repair
  • Upsell services and products as needed
  • Train and assist junior technicians

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-B (or A) driver's license with Tanker Endorsement
  • Pumper card or willingness to obtain it
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to work long hours outdoors in a fast-paced environment
