Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years of acute medical-surgical care experience.
- BSN preferred.
- Basic Dysrhythmia, Critical Care Course, Trauma Course, Stroke Course, and experience in cardiac monitoring, neuro, critical care, and IV Therapy preferred.
