Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
* Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
* Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements:

* Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
* State license as nurse practitioner (required).
* Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred).
* DEA license.
* Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend on-call).
* Ability to stand for 20 minutes.
* Ability to lift 15 pounds.
