Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the physical, mental, and social needs of patients
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide the best possible care
