We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. As a Pacu Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification and ACLS Certification preferred
  • One year of Critical Care RN experience preferred
