Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing your expertise in acute care and critical care medicine.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant with ICU experience required.
- Proficient in performing routine Critical Care procedures, including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation.
- Ability to work Full Time, 15 shifts per month, with 12-hour shifts, Nights Only, 7p-7a.
- MD and APP on night shift together.
- ECMO program with mechanical circulatory support growth.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment with an expansive GME program with residents and fellows.
