Job Summary and Qualifications
Registered Nurses are responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care. This role involves collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide both physical and emotional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments and reassessments.
  • Developing personalized care plans.
  • Administering medications and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Educating patients and families on care processes.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Communicating patient needs effectively.

What You Will Do:
You will engage in patient rounds to enhance satisfaction and uphold quality standards. You will apply your knowledge of human development and treatment protocols to provide age-appropriate care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
  • A degree from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
  • Current licensure from the appropriate Board of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • A commitment to obtaining Med-Surg certification within one year of hire.
