Your Role:
As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and addressing nursing needs based on individual patient requirements.
- Planning and executing personalized patient care using an interdisciplinary approach.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives.
- Coordinating care to align with the hospital's mission and vision.
- Acting as a charge nurse when needed, overseeing daily activities to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
