Job Summary:

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education and support to patients and their families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current registered nurse licensure in good standing
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) ACLS if patient is on Telemetry Monitor
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing A minimum of one year recent psychiatric nursing experience in Facility
