Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

A leading provider of diagnostic imaging services is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in post-acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Unload portable X-ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images.
  • Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation (if required).
  • Scan exam-related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol.
  • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management, as well as interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
  • Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Requirements:
  • ARRT, current (Must Have)
  • X-ray licensures for (Kentucky)
  • Flexibility in work hours to meet the needs of clients.
  • KentuckyRT License and VA/WV licenses are a plus but not required, and a limited license is not accepted.
  • The Radiologic Technologist may push/pull anywhere from 50 - 100 lbs, with the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys decreasing the weight.
