Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Control Systems Technician to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electric, electronics, and pneumatic controls to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems, including calibration, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to understand control system operations.
  • Install and configure control systems, including remote sensing devices and software.
  • Perform air balancing and hydronic balancing to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or associate's degree preferred.
  • Three to four years of experience in control systems maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of control systems principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
