Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of CNA training program from an accredited school
  • Valid CNA certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
  • May work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • May be exposed to infectious diseases, hazardous chemicals, and other health risks
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with heavier lifts as needed
