Key Responsibilities- Assist experienced marine electricians and electronics technicians in the installation and removal of shipboard electrical cabling and electronic equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including bolting and unbolting electrical and electronic equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipboard working area.
- Operate hand tools, grinders, reciprocating saws, and drills.
- Use personal hand tools and an electrical multimeter, which will be properly trained on prior to use.
- Perform all work in accordance with established policies and procedures detailed in the Waveforce Electrical Safety Manual.
- Capable of performing physical labor on ships, barges, and submarines.
- Collaborate with small, supervised shipboard teams.
- Lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
