Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Cardinal Management Group Incorporated. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and preservation of our site buildings, common areas, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance duties, including gardening and lawn care, to maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
  • Operate various equipment and machinery, such as lawn mowers and pruning tools, to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the onsite manager to receive instructions and report on progress.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in maintenance with onsite properties.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance problems effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work safely and follow all safety precautions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong willingness to learn and improve skills.
