Job Overview
  • Collaborate with the New Product Introduction Team.
  • Analyze customer designs, conduct DFMA, and prepare quotes.
  • Leverage your CNC machining expertise to develop and refine manufacturing processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives utilizing LEAN Manufacturing and 5S methodologies.
  • Generate essential engineering documentation, including BOMs, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
  • Engage with customers and collaborate cross-functionally with Production and Quality teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven CNC experience is essential.
  • Experience with GD&T is required.
  • A degree is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Several years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Preferred experience in regulated industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, Defense).
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and LEAN Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience in New Product Development and Introduction, DFMA.
  • Customer-facing experience in quoting and costing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and validation processes is preferred.
  • Structured problem-solving skills (A3, PDCA, 8D, DMAIC) are beneficial.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish fluency) are a plus.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and CAD/CAM software (Esprit, MasterCAM) is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
