Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization. This position involves coordinating and assisting in the sourcing and evaluation of potential candidates for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the organization's C.A.R.E values.
  • Evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews.
  • Organize, schedule, and facilitate onsite interviews.
  • Coordinate participation in recruitment events.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels.
  • Develop and post job advertisements.
  • Create and manage offer letters.
  • Oversee new hire orientation processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Assist in planning and strategizing for future workforce requirements.
  • Edit and create job descriptions as necessary.
  • Support additional HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
