Estimated Salary: $80,000About the Job

This full-time, contract position is available ASAP-May (renewal), with a caseload focused on elementary school students. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other members of the education team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Washington
  • Previous experience working with students in a school setting, preferably in an elementary school environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
