  • Organize and maintain an inviting classroom environment.
  • Ensure the safety and educational integrity of programs.
  • Supervise children during classroom activities and outdoor play.
  • Foster a positive learning atmosphere that promotes appropriate behavior.
  • Engage with parents regularly, maintaining open lines of communication to support family involvement in the educational process.
  • Adhere to all established policies and regulations set forth by relevant licensing authorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, with an Associate's degree, CDA, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Completion of required background checks and fingerprinting.
  • Physical examination clearance, including TB testing.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Completion of 10 hours of training in health and safety, mandated reporting, and child development, along with CPR/First Aid certification and ongoing professional development.
