Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As the right-hand person to the VP of HR, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and contributing to impactful projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the VP of HR, handling confidential information with care.
  • Manage calendars, emails, and phone calls with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate meetings, video conferences, and travel arrangements (with expense reports to follow).
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including creating welcome baskets and scheduling orientations.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Organize HR files, track projects, and maintain records with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, helping create a great workplace experience for all.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience (HR experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks and takes the initiative.
