  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
  • Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
  • Report any maintenance problems throughout the spa to the proper authority.
  • Maintain client and spa business confidentiality at all times.
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
  • Instruct guests on where to change and/or dress for spa treatments and experiences.
  • Maintain locker room and guest lounge areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary.
  • Participate in periodic product inventory as directed.
  • Conduct tours of the spa and related facilities.
