Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Victory Autism Academy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality speech and language services to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group speech and language therapy sessions to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
  • Supervise and support Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in their work with students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need in speech and language.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to address students' speech and language deficits.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to ensure that students receive consistent support and services.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in speech and language therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Arizona state certification or licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with students with autism and other disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
