Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide top-notch speech and language services within our public schools. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and contribute to their success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Arizona.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience working in a school setting is advantageous, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and manage multiple priorities.
