HOSPICE AIDE (CNA)
Full-Time Position
Position Overview:
- Deliver direct patient support for hospice services.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed and maintained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, completion of a Nursing Board approved training program, active Division of Facility Services Registry listing, and a minimum of one year of patient care experience in either acute care or custodial environments.
- Completion of at least 75 certified education hours.
- Proven ability to manage work independently, provide effective healthcare services to homebound patients, and maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying travel and work conditions.
- Expertise in safe personal care practices, adherence to company policies and procedures, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and CPR certification.
- Commitment to a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education annually.
