Pharmacy Manager Position

Safeway, a division of Albertsons Companies, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and optimizing medication therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge.
- You will actively deliver patient care services, upholding operational standards including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy team members to ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency.
- Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
- Certified immunizer preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Ability to work a variety of schedules
