We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Fleet Sales team at Dave White Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications and ensure a seamless sales process
  • Inspect the lot's vehicles daily and report any issues to management to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
  • Build strong rapport with customers and provide a professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
  • Professional appearance and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
