We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Fleet Sales team at Dave White Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications and ensure a seamless sales process
- Inspect the lot's vehicles daily and report any issues to management to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Collaborate with management to ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
- Build strong rapport with customers and provide a professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
- Professional appearance and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
