At Fifth Third Bank, we're committed to making banking a better experience for our customers. As a Personal Banker Associate I, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

Use the consultative sales process to build strong relationships with customers and identify their financial needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products and services, and recommend solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Utilize marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule financial reviews.
Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities, such as business sales calls and community financial literacy events.
Establish close working relationships with business partners, referring customers to provide timely and holistic financial solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, and enhance year-over-year revenue growth.

Requirements:

College degree or equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Ability to develop a comfort level with sales activities and demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions.
Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally, both in appearance and verbal/written communication.
Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment, with extended viewing of computer screens.
Ability to travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling flexibility.
Travel outside of the affiliate may be required for classroom training sessions.
