Prep Room Technician

We are seeking a skilled Prep Room Technician to join our team at Personnel Services. As a key member of our food production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of raw materials, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Raw Material Accuracy: Ensure that all raw materials are accurately measured and labeled, with a focus on separating allergens and non-allergens.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies on food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, immersion blenders, and meat grinders.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive working environment.

• Lifting and Mobility: Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and move around the production area.
• Math and Reading: Basic math and reading skills to accurately measure and label raw materials.
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and ability to operate it safely.
• Communication: Good listening and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
