Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wine Cellar Operations Specialist to join our team at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. As a key member of our cellar operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our wine cellar, ensuring the highest quality of our wines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Wine Fermentation and Processing: Assist operators in setting up equipment, monitoring wine fermentation, pumping product to tanks and barrels, and performing chemical additions and sanitations.
  • Inventory Management: Notify lead of any inventory shortages and assist in month-end inventory.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklift and shovel pumice as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain positive relationships, encouraging strong communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Age: Must be 21 years old.
  • License: Valid Driver's License.
  • Skills: Must possess light mechanic skills and be able to work night shift, extended hours, and occasional lifting up to 55 pounds.
  • Certifications: Must be certified or able to be certified in forklift operation.
