Job Summary

This is a faculty position at Marion Technical College that involves teaching and instructional responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students in a variety of educational settings, including classrooms and online environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach approved courses using applied learning methods and maintain accurate records of student performance.
  • Respond to student inquiries and maintain confidentiality in accordance with College and FERPA policies.
  • Work with other faculty and administration to carry out instructional procedures and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and academic performance of students.
  • Attend organizational and departmental meetings as required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management and excellent English, communication, and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer and related technology skills are also required.
