About the Role

TEEMA Group is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychological services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background in Psychology, with a doctoral degree, and be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Washington. Experience in providing psychological services is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations, including assessments and testing.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for diverse client populations.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services and consultation support to other professionals.
  • Manage client records accurately and provide referrals to relevant resources.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in providing psychological services.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
