Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and be licensed to practice within the state of Washington. Your primary responsibility will be to provide routine, direct patient care on a behavioral health unit under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

You'll also be responsible for assigning daily tasks to nursing staff on the ward, providing guidance and feedback, reporting changes in patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients in adaptive living skills.

In this role, you'll work closely with the RN3/designee and appropriate medical staff to ensure seamless care and communication.

You'll also have the opportunity to complete paperwork and documents for medication orders, maintain medical supplies and equipment, and exchange pertinent clinical information during shifts and at changeovers.
