Position Overview

You will collaborate closely with Client Success Specialists and Branch Managers to assess applications on a daily basis.


Working Hours
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation
  • Annual Salary: $50,000, along with weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding job specifications, candidate profiles, and requirements for various positions
  • Utilizing diverse platforms such as job boards and social media to source resumes
  • Conducting resume screenings and phone interviews with potential candidates on a daily basis
  • Maintaining thorough documentation throughout the hiring process
  • Assisting candidates with both online and in-office onboarding procedures
  • Updating and organizing all necessary information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Fostering a professional and amicable relationship with candidates and clients alike
