About the Program

Our 12-month program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to succeed as a registered nurse. You'll work alongside experienced nurses and educators, participating in hands-on training, simulations, and evidence-based practice projects.

What You'll Learn
  • Advanced clinical training in a specialty area
  • Monthly educational sessions
  • Preceptorship training with a facility preceptor
  • Measurement and evaluation of skills through hands-on simulations
  • Mentoring from experienced nurse leaders
  • Working collaboratively on an evidence-based practice project
