Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Management Team in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and controlling costs.
  • Lead by example and provide direction to Team Members to ensure swift and smooth production.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure that restaurant operations comply with Company standards.
  • Motivate Team Members to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • Work with the team to address customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Direct, train, and motivate Team Members during shifts on each workstation.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and procedures related to all activities in the restaurant during shifts.
  • Take initiative to report any safety, sanitation, security, or other company policy violations to restaurant management and implement short-term solutions.
  • Motivate Team Members to adhere to loss control procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and other Team Members.
  • Complete checklists and procedures for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling during shifts.
  • Perform other essential functions and duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and use a computer and calculator.

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling. This position requires occasional crawling and climbing. Ability to lift/move 50 pounds. Regular exposure to video terminal displays. Frequent standing for long periods. Ability to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear and have the ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. Vision abilities of close vision, distance vision, and adjust focus. Ability to frequently taste or smell. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level is usually loud.
