Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Crumbl Cookies. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for executing and understanding recipes, performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products, and using icing, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation.

• Recipe Execution: Read and understand recipes, measuring and combining ingredients, and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Quality Control: Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods. Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability.
