Avionics Modernization Execution Integrator Manager

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our Avionics Modernization program. As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the integration between the programmatic/business side of the program and the Avionics Modernization Directorate. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our EVM business rhythms are met, and you'll serve as an OBS Manager delegate at Avionics Directorate pre-PCCB and at LE2 PCCB.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure EVM business rhythms are met
- Drive proper CAM etiquette and mentor junior CAMs
- Maintain Avionics business rhythm
- Drive Avionics program execution
- Serve as coded leader for Avionics CAMs and R/O Lead
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, and a minimum of 3 years of prior project management experience, as well as Control Account Management (CAM) experience to include EVM, risk and opportunity management, and integrated planning. You'll also need to be a US Citizen and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance.
Desired SkillsWe're looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field or technical discipline, FBM program experience, Electronics Design and Manufacturing experience, Missile design/development experience, and proven exceptional strategic communication skills.
