Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while driving sales and profit in the pharmacy and OTC areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and administer other programs developed by Walmart, in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes/regulations.
- Drive Sales and Profit: Ensure effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting sales, developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics.
- Model Customer Service: Provide direction and guidance to associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
- Oversee Community Outreach: Implement and participate in community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as good members of the community.
- Ensure Compliance: Analyze and interpret reports, implement and monitor loss prevention and safety controls, oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews, develop and implement action plans, and provide direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and Lead Associates: Select, train, mentor, assign duties, provide performance feedback, provide recognition, and ensure diversity awareness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Experience: U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Pharmacy license (by job entry date) and completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
Walmart offers a competitive salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
