Synergy HomeCare of Sierra Vista is seeking Personal Support Associates to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As a Personal Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, spanning all ages and abilities.
The estimated salary for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, and employee recognition programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will also assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
