We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Advanced Recovery Systems LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including biopsychosocial assessments and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in addiction treatment and mental health.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work) with appropriate licensure/certification.
- At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field, with a focus on addiction treatment.
- Licensure in the state of New Jersey with one of the following credentials: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, LAC, LSW, LAMFT, or CADC.
