About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults and adolescents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans using evidence-based therapies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation on an electronic health record.
  • Collaborate with schools, psychiatrists, PCPs, and other involved providers/agencies as clinically indicated.
  • Assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources and refer clients to a higher level of care if necessary.

Requirements

  • LCSW in the state of New Jersey (LSWs will be considered with clinical supervision).
  • A minimum of two years of post-master's experience in the mental health field.
  • Practical knowledge of evidence-based practices.
