Salary Information

We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $34.50 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, we offer shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts, as well as a sign-on bonus opportunity.


Job Description

The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the fulfillment of residents' total nursing needs. This includes assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, and ensuring person-centered care.


Essential Job Functions
  • Maintains effective communication with all individuals.
  • Promotes a positive image of the entity in the community, aligning with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Cordinates and delegates care of residents to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and administrative policies.
  • Ensures quality of care by adhering to best practices around infection prevention and control provided by the nursing department.
  • Performs routine checks of residents who are ill or have problems, noting any changes in condition and assisting staff in responding to these changes.
  • Conveys accurate and adequate assessment information to physicians, residents, responsible parties, and staff as appropriate.
  • Performs medical treatments and evaluates their effectiveness.
  • Supervises certified nursing assistant and medication administration assistant personnel.
  • Investigates incident reports or errors in procedure through the quality assurance and process improvement methodology.

Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
  • Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
  • Ability to relate well to all individuals.
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
