About the Role

As a Sr. Transportation Designer, you will play a crucial part in shaping our transportation practice's success. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Review plans for proposed transportation projects to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Develop final design plan packages for the implementation of proposed solutions, considering all technical aspects and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or architecture, is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in transportation design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
